How to Make AMAZING Curry Chicken QUICK!

AMAZING YUMMY CURRY CHICKEN!
Stir Fry- 1 lb chicken or shrimp cut up with Onion in 2 tbs oil
Add: Carrots and Peppers if you want with 2 1/2 cups water, bring to a boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat is tender and vegtables cooked (approx. 10 min)
Remove from heat and Add "Golden Curry" from S& B (Found in the Asian section of the Grocery Store)
Break up Curry into pieces and stir until completely melted...simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
