Lose the Fat…2 simple ideas…

Having 4 babies was no easy task, but staying fit and keeping the weight off with each one was probably harder then the actual births! LOL

It is tough to make time to work out as busy parents, but nothing will ever replace the good old power of sweating!

Here are two tips that are a small drop in the bucket to what we all should be doing. But if we can consume less calories by making this small step in what we chose, it just might help.

Maybe if we skip the candy bar, cookies and brownies and try this 25 calories sweet treat...it might help too.

    I dont have a horrible sweet tooth – but I do Like carmel pirates booty (which only has 4 grams of fat per serving)

    Other than that My FAVE snack is Fuji apples with pepper jack cheese (Yummmyyyy)
